US Navy Announces $496M Contract Award

The U.S. Navy has selected 11 companies for a $496.1 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract to procure machinery and systems services for naval vessels and land-based sites.

This contract covers the maintenance and support of hull, mechanical, and electrical systems for the surface fleet, submarines, and other facilities.

The selected contractors are:

  1. Continental Tide Defense Systems
  2. Delphinus Engineering
  3. Epsilon Systems Solutions
  4. General Dynamics Information Technology
  5. HII Fleet Support Group
  6. Life Cycle Engineering
  7. NDI Engineering
  8. Q.E.D. Systems
  9. Serco Inc.
  10. Valkyrie Enterprises
  11. VT Milcom

The contract, managed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, will have a five-year ordering period, ending in July 2030.

Initial funding will come from fiscal 2024 operations and maintenance funds, with additional funds allocated at the task order level.

The Navy received 11 offers through a competitive procurement process on SAM.gov.
