HILARTECH // ADVISORY PARTNER PROGRAM
You Advise.
We Build.
I partner with federal, defense, and aerospace advisory firms as their digital execution arm. Your strategy becomes working websites, capability assets, and interactive tools your clients can see and use. Delivered under your brand, mine, or both. Your call.
01 // The Gap
Where Good Strategy Stalls
You hand a client a sound roadmap. Reposition ahead of the recompete. Sharpen the past performance story. Get the CMMC house in order before the primes start asking. The advice is right. Then it hits the client's digital reality: a website that has not changed since the last administration, a capability statement living as a static PDF, and no one on staff who can build the proof your recommendations call for.
That gap between your advisory work and their execution is where engagements lose momentum, and it is exactly where I work. You set the direction. I build what the direction requires.
02 // Why Me
Why You Can Put Me in Front of Your Clients
I spent more than 30 years inside the institutions your clients sell to. United States Navy Chief. NSA trained Cryptologic Technician. Service with the FBI, DHS, and NSA, with graduate work in national security and cybersecurity. I did not learn this market from the outside.
When you introduce me to a client, you are not vouching for a generic web vendor. You are bringing in someone who has sat on the government side of the table and knows what program offices, contracting officers, and security officers expect a credible vendor to look like. Your reputation rides on every introduction you make. Mine holds up under that weight.
03 // The Line
Your Client Stays Your Client
I do not do capture strategy. I do not write proposals. Pricing, teaming, and pipeline guidance stay in your lane, and I never step into it. My work starts where your recommendations end: digital execution that complements your advisory engagement instead of competing with it.
Communication runs through you unless you decide otherwise, in writing, at the start of the engagement. Deliverables ship under your brand alone, under both brands, or under mine. That choice is yours, per engagement, and it goes in the agreement. Some partners want a silent builder. Some want my background visible to the client as part of the pitch. Both work.
04 // The Work
What Your Clients Receive
I call the client facing offering Digital Advisory. Every engagement draws from three tiers, and tiers are a menu, not a bundle. One capability document or a single simulator is a valid engagement.
Credibility Platform
Website rebuilds, capability documents, and the narrative work behind them. Positioning pages, authority content, and a capability statement built for how agencies and primes evaluate vendors now, including AI driven search.
Show, Not Tell
Tools that demonstrate instead of describe. Compliance readiness checkers, contract vehicle finders, mission scenario walkthroughs, and product demonstrators for defense and aerospace systems. Your client stops telling evaluators what they do and starts showing them.
Internal Firepower
Tools for your client's business development team, built to fit the capture rhythm you already set. Owned by the client and shaped around the way their team actually works.
05 // The Process
How a Partner Engagement Runs
Intro Call
You bring the client situation. We decide together whether digital execution moves it. No charge, and no pitch aimed at your client.
Paid Discovery
A short, fixed fee discovery produces a written scope: what gets built, what it costs, what is out of bounds, and the timeline. Custom builds never turn into open ended software projects because the boundaries are set before the first line of code.
The Build
I build to the approved scope. You review everything before your client sees it, and nothing ships until you approve it.
Delivery
Assets ship under the agreed brand with documentation, training where needed, and a maintenance option if the client wants ongoing support.
06 // Questions Advisors Ask
Straight Answers
Only through you or with your written approval. The communication protocol is set at the start of every engagement and honored without exception.
Your client owns their deliverables. Where work ships under your brand, the agreement says so plainly, and I claim no public credit unless we decide otherwise together.
A written scope covering what gets built, the fixed price, what sits outside the boundaries, and the delivery timeline. If you or the client walk away after discovery, the plan is yours to keep.
Yes, under conflict rules. Nothing crosses between engagements, and I will tell you before accepting work that puts me on both sides of the same opportunity.
Yes. I spent three decades handling classified information. Discretion is not a policy I adopted for business. It is the habit of a career.
Then that is the engagement. Tiers are a menu, not a minimum. A single document, one widget, or a page rebuild all qualify.
07 // Start
Bring Me a Client Situation
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Tell me where a client's execution is stalling. I will tell you honestly whether digital work moves it, what it would take, and whether I am the right builder for it. If I am not, I will say so.
